The double room was very clean and comfortable, contributing to a restful night's sleep. While there are plenty of shops nearby, the parking area felt a bit uninviting.

The family room was spacious, clean, and dog-friendly, which was a plus for us. Staff were absolutely lovely, but the carpets in the corridors needed attention, and the room felt a bit cold at first. Breakfast options could also be improved—a bit lackluster overall.

would book here again
The room was cozy with clean bathroom, shower, and flat-screen TV. Nice electric kettle and cups for tea and coffee were provided. The carpeted floors were soft underfoot. Parking was easy with decent space available. The view was great, overlooking green areas. Lots of towels and toiletries supplied, too.

The staff were very nice and the bed was clean and comfortable. I could help myself to coffee and juice whenever I wanted, which really made the start of each day easier.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but still acceptable.

Very friendly staff. The room was a bit cold and took a while to heat up. Easy access to local dining options. Carpets seem a bit worn and could use an upgrade.

Cozy stay with helpful staff
Spent a night here and it was cool! The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. Got extra pillows, which is a win for me. Room was spacious, great for relaxing. Location? Easy peasy to get to the Antonine Wall. Only thing is, the sound from the pub next door was a bit loud at night.
