Staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, making the experience enjoyable. the breakfast options were limited , especially for those with dietary restrictions. While there are plenty of shops nearby, the parking area felt a bit uninviting.

Parking was easy with decent space available. The view was great, overlooking green areas. Lots of towels and toiletries supplied, too.

The staff were very nice and the bed was clean and comfortable. I could help myself to coffee and juice whenever I wanted, which really made the start of each day easier.

Spent a night here and it was cool! The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home. Got extra pillows, which is a win for me. Room was spacious, great for relaxing. Location? Easy peasy to get to the Antonine Wall. Only thing is, the sound from the pub next door was a bit loud at night.

My stay was great as the clean room had a comfortable bed and the nearby Broadwood Loch was perfect for my weekend explorations, offering lovely park views just under 2 km away. I also appreciated the close proximity to the Croy Hill Roman fort, which provided a wonderful glimpse into history and was an enjoyable walk from the hotel.

I really enjoyed the clean, spacious room and the comfort of the bed. Even better was the convenient parking and pet-friendly policy. Would definitely stay again!
